These terms apply to Perfect Stack version 0.1.3 and its current internal beta releases, provided by Hevron Salad Marketing LTD (חברון שיווק סלטים בע"מ), company number 516398179.

Using the game

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, interfere with, or use the game to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Progress and availability

Game progress is stored locally and, when available, mirrored to a pseudonymous cloud account. Cloud save and leaderboards may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. Features, themes, scores, rankings, and availability may change as the game evolves.

Virtual items

In-game currency, themes, cosmetics, assists, and rewards are gameplay items only. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable. This release does not offer real-money purchases.

Test features

Rewarded-ad screens in internal beta builds are simulations only. They do not show a real advertisement, create a purchase, or have cash value.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
